Ecommerce & Marketing Intern

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Ecommerce Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative and enthusiastic individual passionate about social media, digital marketing, and fashion. You will support our marketing and e-commerce efforts, to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Ecommerce.


Key Responsibilities:



    • Source local influencers on Instagram and TikTok with honey aesthetic. Present suggestions to social media specialist. Cultivate enduring partnerships by managing deliverables and nurturing relationships.
    • Foster a vibrant community presence on Instagram and TikTok. Seamlessly maintain our brand voice in comments and DMs, ensuring consistent engagement with our followers and like-minded profiles.
    • Keep up to date with competition and aspirational brands on social media to glean insights, foster collaborations, and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Research trending audios and concepts on Instagram and TikTok aligned with the honey brand. Curate organized folders within the apps for swift access.
    • Stay current with social media trends, emerging app features, and dynamic algorithms to position honey as a trailblazer.
    • Curate our Pinterest page, pinning relevant content, sharing our posts, integrating seasonal campaigns, and product tagging as needed.
    • Prepare merchandise for social shoots, meticulously handling de-tagging, steaming, and pulling items to complete styling.
    • Aid in social media shoots logistics, from merchandise and prop preparation to on-site setup and content creation.
    • Oversee the organization of our prop room. Ensure all clothing is re-ticketed and returned post-shoot.
    • Maintain accurate store hours on Facebook Business pages, incorporating holiday schedules and temporary closures.



    • Prepare merchandise for e-commerce shoots, executing tasks such as de-tagging, steaming, and sourcing items from warehouse or stores to complete styling.
    • Contribute to e-commerce photoshoot setup, including backdrop changes and studio maintenance.
    • Keep our "Shop Instagram" page current by tagging products in the Instafeed app
    • Facilitate cross-promotion by regularly updating our Shop The Look app and linking related products.
    • Address Klaviyo reviews promptly, collaborating with the CX team when needed.
    • Maintain accurate store hours on the Stockist app and Google Business account, accommodating holidays and temporary closures.
    • Develop and curate collection pages on Shopify to synchronize with social media and email marketing campaigns as directed by the SMS and Senior Marketing Manager.



  • Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce and/or Fashion Business Management
  • Enthusiasm for social media and digital landscapes.
  • Keen eye for creativity and a love for fashion.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a team.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and positive demeanour.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
