How to Mail Back an Online Return
Follow the steps below to complete a return for online purchases:
- Visit our Returns Portal to submit your initial return request. Please note that return requests are reviewed within 1-3 business days of submission.
- Once approved you will receive an automated email including your return shipping label and additional return instructions.
- Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your return package and provide it to your local Canada Post office to ensure it is received at our warehouse within our return timelines.
Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected and processed within 10-14 business days. Your refund will be provided to the approved return method only after your return package is received. As soon as your return is complete, you will be notified via email.
