How to Start an Online Return

Follow the steps below to complete a return for online purchases:

  1. Submit a return or exchange request via our online Returns Portal.
  2. Once submitted and approved you will receive an automated email including your return shipping label and additional return instructions.
  3. Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your return package and provide it to your local Canada Post office. You will have 5 days to drop off your package before the shipping label expires.

Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected and processed within 7 business days. Your refund will be provided to the approved return method only after your return package is received. As soon as your return is complete, you will be notified via email.
