Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policies

You have the flexibility to return your online purchases either online or in-store. However, please be aware that in-store returns are limited to store credit or exchange, and are subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in our In-Store Return & Exchange Policy.

Items marked final sale, accessories, bodysuits, intimates and eGift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. We do not offer price adjustments for online purchases. 

Online Return Policy

Items purchased online at regular price are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of the shipping date. Items returned within 21 days can be exchanged or receive store credit via an eGift card. We offer complimentary return shipping when you choose an eGift card as your return method. However, if you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $10 return postage fee will be deducted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items marked with a discount of 29% or less are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the shipping date, or for store credit or exchange within 21 days. Items discounted by 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Please note that sale merchandise purchased online cannot be returned in-store.

 

Order Cancellation & Modification

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to cancel it. Live chat with us or contact orders@shophoney.com and we'll do our best to help. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to existing orders. 

 

In Store Purchases Return & Exchange Policies

For in-store purchases, we offer support exclusively in-store. 

In-Store Return Policy

Regular priced merchandise purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Sale items, dresses, accessories, bodysuits, intimates, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged in-store.


Gift Cards

All gift cards purchased online or in-store are final sale. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All purchases made using a gift card will be refunded back in this same manner.

eGift Cards are valid for use on our website only and cannot be redeemed in-stores. In-store gift cards are not compatible with our website and can only be used in-store.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

For all returns and exchanges:

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition; unwashed, unworn and with all tags attached.
  • Item(s) returned with obvious wear, makeup, stains, deodorant and/or perfume will be subject to denial.
  • Item(s) must be accompanied with a valid receipt and/or return label and be returned within our noted return timelines.
  • Item(s) purchased online must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit

Failure to comply with the above standards may result in denial or rejection of your return. 

 

How to Start an Online Return

Follow the steps below to complete a return for online purchases:

Submit a return or exchange request via our online Returns Portal.

Once submitted and approved you will receive an automated email including your return shipping label and additional return instructions.

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your return package and drop off at your nearest Sendle locationYou will have 5 days to drop off your package before the shipping label expires.

Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected and processed within 7 business days. Upon completed inspection, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is approved, you will be notified via email.
