Shop online and enjoy Free Ship-to-Store! Simply select "Store Pickup" at checkout and choose your preferred location. We'll notify you within 2-3 business days when your order is ready for pickup. For pickup hours and locations, check out our Store Locator.

 

  • Shipping Policy 

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 (before taxes and promotions). Subject to change.

We currently offer the following shipping rates: 

    • Standard (1-5 Business Days) = $10 CAD
    • Expedited (2 Business Days) = $15 CAD
    • Express (1 Business Day) = $20 CAD

Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment, which is not included in your shipping estimate. Shipping times begin once your order has been fulfilled and you receive a shipping confirmation email. Kindly note that all shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. 

Honey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We only offer shipping within Canada at this time. International Shipping not available.

 

How To Mail Back an Online Return

Follow the steps below to complete a return for online purchases: 

  1. Submit a return or exchange request via our online Returns Portal.
  2. Once submitted and approved you will receive an automated email including your return shipping label and additional return instructions.
  3. Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your return package and drop off at your nearest Sendle location. You will have 5 days to drop off your package before the shipping label expires.
  4. Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected and processed within 7 business days. Upon completed inspection, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is approved, you will be notified via email.
