Online Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can choose to receive a credit in the form of an online gift card or a refund to your original form of payment. We offer free returns by mail if you choose an online gift card as your return method. All other eligible returns are subject to a return postage fee of $9 (plus applicable taxes). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. No refunds to the original form of payment for sale or discounted merchandise. Please see additional information regarding sale and discounted items below. We do not offer price adjustments online.
For refunds to the original method of payment, merchandise must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of the order confirmation date. For a store credit in the form of an online gift card, merchandise must be returned to our warehouse within 21 days of the order confirmation date. Please submit a return request through our Returns Portal.
For all returns:
- Item(s) must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Returns are subject to validation and approval by honey.
- Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
Sale & Discounted Merchandise
Sale and discounted merchandise 29% off or less of the regular price, may be returned for credit in the form of an online gift card. Sale and discounted merchandise 30% off or greater than the regular price, gift cards, accessories, bodysuits and intimates are FINAL SALE. Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Please note we do not offer price adjustments online.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact orders@shophoney.com and we'll do our best to help! Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to existing orders.
In-Store Returns & Exchange (for Online Purchases)

In-Store Purchases - Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Sale merchandise, gift cards, layaways, accessories, bodysuits, intimates and dresses are FINAL SALE. Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
For all Returns and Exchanges:
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Item(s) must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
- Returns are subject to validation and approval by honey.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
For online purchases, refunds will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 7 business days once your package is received. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts.
Online gift cards are valid for use on our website only and cannot be redeemed in-stores. In-store gift cards may be redeemed in-stores and online.
How to Mail Back an Online Return
Please follow the steps below to complete a return for online purchases:
- Visit the Returns Portal to complete a return request.
- Upon approval, pack your merchandise in the original packaging (with tickets attached).
- Affix the return shipping label on the outside of the package and bring it to your local Canada Post office.
Be sure to have your package mailed back to our warehouse within 14 days of the original order confirmation date, if you wish to receive a refund to your original method of payment. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 business days.
Honey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
