Job Description
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and maintaining an elevated in-store shopping experience across multiple honey locations. Working closely with store leadership, this role ensures each store is visually compelling, well-balanced, and aligned with the company's merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards across assigned store locations
- Merchandise product to maximize visual impact, customer engagement, and sales opportunities
- Create and refresh window displays, feature tables, mannequins, and promotional displays
- Partner with Store Managers to ensure inventory is balanced and presented according to company standards
- Conduct regular store visits to maintain consistency and identify merchandising opportunities
- Support seasonal floor set changes, new collection launches, and promotional campaigns
- Assist with special projects, marketing activations, styling sessions, and new store openings
- Provide guidance and support to store teams on visual merchandising best practices
- Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Visual Director
- Travel between store locations as required
Qualifications
- Previous visual merchandising experience in a retail environment is preferred
- Strong eye for fashion, styling and visual presentation
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with store teams
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple store locations
Schedule
Scheduling is determined by the Visual Director based on business needs, seasonal priorities, and store volume
Full time and part time positions available.
